All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges. But if you are not satisfied with the goods you received, we can consider providing you with a compensation package.
Please note before ordering:
Color difference: Agarwood bracelets may show different colors under light of different color temperatures, and there will inevitably be slight color differences between the actual product and the photo or video.
Uniqueness: As a natural product, each piece of agarwood is unique, so the structural distribution details of the actual product are not 100% consistent with the photo.
Dimensional accuracy error: All product size data are measured manually, and there will be a small range of size errors in the finished product.
Changes and cancellations: As long as your order has not been packed or shipped, we can cancel or change it for you. Please contact us at Dora770880@gmail.com to get started. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept cancellations after the order is packed and shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
